I checked in online which reduces the wait time. Ms. Blanche the medical technician was comforting and very professional. The facility is beautiful and spotless. Local and convenient. So glad they're here I Hampton Bays. Highly recommend this place. Was happy with the medical care. Just waiting for the phone call with my Lyme test results because it takes a few days
This place is amazing! I could not get into seeing my primary doctor , totally booked for the week. Well that does not help when you are not feeling well. Simple sign up process online and instant confirmation of time you can be seen. Beautiful facility , professional staff, ease of signing up for appointment online and they follow up with you via text , doesn't get better than that. Glad we have them in Hampton Bays.
Follow up phone calls were a surprise and welcomed. Definitely would go back!

Amazing care! In and out service. Absolutely no wait whatsoever. The best suture removal we've ever had! The front desk nurse was so friendly, caring and beyond helpful. The office is BEAUTIFUL, too! High tech, bright and modern. This is my new go-to medical care facility. Unmatched, for sure!
