The woman on the phone is a full blown idiot. Never call here. The woman is hard of hearing and even if she does hear you, she doesn't listen to the words you are saying. Very dense, thick skulled people work here. Avoid them if you don't want to be yelled at because they don't feel like doing their job the correct way.
Man in front desk was extremely rude and made an example of me because I got a P.O. box and he was never trained on this. He said it in front of everyone and said my name in front of 10 people on line. Not my problem if he wasn't trained and no reason why to yell at me and his partner.
The woman who works there in front desk yells at all latino costumers for no reason,(maybe because they're not white). Disgusting and racist employees work there.
