Very helpful and answered any questions I had. My very wormy cat (both tape and round) seems to be doing much better after the recommended treatments

I just recently took my dog here because of a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad I did. The staff was all very friendly and great with my dog who is very nervous at the vet normally. They even called to check up on him a few days later. They really seem to care about your pets. Other vets I had been to were very quick with exam and didn't really want to answer any additional questions. They took more time to answer any questions I had.
I would not take my cats and dogs any place else because I have the confidence and peace of mind that they are getting the best medical care possible at Shinnecock Animal Hospital.
I have used Shinnecock Animal Hospital for over 10 years and am taking the time to post this review because they have absolutely earned and deserve this recognition. They have helped me through everything from basic preventative care to the difficult and painful process of deciding to put an animal down. Always informative and thorough, offer all available options, and thoughtful about my financial constraints. They really go above and beyond for me and my animals. Just recently I had to leave my cat overnight for care post surgery and as hard as that is it was such a comfort to get a call from the doctor on Sunday just to check in and let me know how she was doing. I am lucky to live just a few miles away and couldn't recommend them more. As long as I have animals I will use Shinnecock Animal Hospital! Thank you for everything you do!!
If medication is called for they will prepare it for you right there, no extra stops, and will explain everything. There is always a follow up call to see how your furry friend is coming along.
