They completely destroyed my phone!!! My phone was in good working condition and only needed the SCREEN replaced!! When they returned my phone it was completely inoperable!! Not only did their employee fly into a rampage when confronted, they also made up this convoluted story and completely LIED. I am utterly disgusted and shocked that they are still in business. They broke it, they are aware that they broke it, and have to live with the fact that they are running a very disgraceful small business. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REPAIR, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!! They definitely do not belong running any business, let alone a tech business, given their obvious lack of professionalism!!!!
