Not too many stores can actually repair your phones, these guys do. They've always been fair when I've purchased phones there and have explained all options. Many stores have sales trained personnel only focused on the selling the current promotion. I like buying from people with more knowledge, but that is me.
I went in there with zero knowledge only to find out later that what they had told me was information that best served them rather than the customer(me). In my opinion, because they are a non-corporate store, their motives do not align with truly helping you out. Move on.
